Hi, I’m Matt 👋

I’m a computational scientist at The Institute of Cancer Research, London, UK.

I work at the intersection of ML, structural bioinformatics, and drug discovery. My current work focuses on targeted protein degradation, where I develop structure-based models and multi-omics pipelines to predict glue-induced protein–protein interactions, identify clinical oncology targets, and guide decision making in drug discovery.

I obtained my PhD in Interdisciplinary Biomedical Research from University of Warwick, followed by Postdoctoral research at University of Oxford, in collaboration with Boehringer Ingelheim.

Alongside my research, I enjoy playing and mixing music, hiking, cycling and trail running, and messing around with tech – check out my projects to see some examples of what I’ve been working on.
